Standard coolant should be first replaced after 120,000 miles or 120 months, and every 24,000 miles or 24 months after that.
Low-conductivity coolant requires more frequent replacement: every 36,000 miles or 36 months, whichever comes first. You should also inspect the drive shaft and boots every 24 months or 16,000 miles, while the reduction gear fluid should be inspected every 48 months or 32,000 miles. In addition, your electric Genesis requires regular tire rotation every 8,000 miles or 12 months and brake fluid replacement every 48 months or 48,000 miles.

Maintenance Under Severe Usage

If you’re driving on rough roads or use your EV as a commercial vehicle, such as a patrol car or taxi, certain systems and parts will need more frequent inspection and replacement. For instance, if you are driving on rough roads or in areas with severe dust conditions, the reduction gear fluid needs to be replaced every 80,000 miles. The climate control air filter may also need more frequent replacement, depending on the road conditions.
Other systems, such as the steering gears, drive shaft and boots, front suspension ball joints, and brakes, should also be inspected more frequently, depending on the condition.
